Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from changing lightbulbs to repairing robots. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC machinery and PLC-controlled systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct both reactive and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Set up and check PLC systems, including using laptops for diagnostics.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide maintenance and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members.
• Participate in a 50 / 50 split of reactive and preventative maintenance activities.

Work Environment

This position is based in a large, 200K square foot glass manufacturing plant with departments including Production, Maintenance, Mold Shop, Warehouse, Quality, and Engineering. The facility is non-climate-controlled but is kept comfortable with fans and open doors when weather permits. The plant is relatively clean and quiet, with ear protection required only in specific areas. Employees have autonomy in their roles, fostering a laid-back and family-oriented culture.

This is a Permanent position based out of Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72800.00 / yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Upper Sandusky,OH.
