Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update accounting records, files, and supporting documentation.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately categorized and recorded.
- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including organizing financial forms, documents, and receipts.
- Ensure all company financial transactions are properly recorded and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Review financial information for accuracy and completeness, entering accounting data into the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial procedures and verify compliance through preparation of Aquinas reports, statements, and other required filings.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist the President in developing and executing pricing strategies to support company growth and profitability goals.
- Support the President in ad hoc analysis and special projects related to pricing, performance improvement, and business strategy.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.2+ years' experience in accounting or a related field2+ years' experience in general ledger accountingProven experience in financial analysis and reporting on P&L variancesProfessional experience working with confidential and sensitive information.Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet timely obligations.Proven experience with month end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.NetSuite experience a plusDisclaimer :
