Urgent Care MD / DO - Hospital-Employed Position near Helena, Montana

Job Description :

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our hospital-employed team near Helena, Montana. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Opportunity Highlights :

  • Projected Annual Salary : $264,121.
  • Shift Requirements : Minimum of 182 shifts per year.
  • Bonus Potential :

Shift Pay : $1,451 per shift.

  • Productivity Compensation.
  • Value-Based Incentive Compensation : Up to 10% of annual compensation based on four performance components.

    • Additional Benefits :

  • Call Pay : None required.
  • CME Allowance : $4,000 annually (can roll over to a maximum of $8,000).
  • Personal Leave : Generous time off.
  • Recruitment Incentive : Starts at $25,000 for signing and relocation assistance.
  • Annual Salary Increases : Based on MGMA benchmarks after the initial term.
  • Reimbursed Expenses :

    • DEA license.

  • Montana medical license.
  • Board certification (if applicable).
  • Malpractice Insurance : Comprehensive coverage of $1 million / $3 million.
  • Retirement Plan : 403(b) with up to 6% employer match.

    • Qualifications :

  • MD / DO with Board Certification / Eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Montana.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, efficient care in an urgent care setting.
