Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Basic Patient Care :

Monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).

Changing bandages and providing wound care.

Inserting catheters.

Medication Administration :

Administering prescribed medications (oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous).

Monitoring patients for medication reactions.

Patient Monitoring and Reporting

Observing and documenting patient conditions and behaviors.

Reporting changes in patient status to RNs or physicians.

Maintaining accurate patient records.

Communication and Support :

Communicating with patients and their families.

Providing emotional support and comfort.

Educating patients and families about care plans.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong clinical and communication skills

A team player with a compassionate approach to care.

Education & Experience

Current LPN license.
