Duties and Responsibilities
This position offers operational and clerical support to the South District Program Manager's office within the Bureau of Dealer Services. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, such as handling the daily mail distribution, answering phone calls, and managing the daily filing of office documents. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing complex correspondence related to high-level investigations and conducting quality reviews of completed rebuilt vehicle transactions. Furthermore, the position requires the maintenance of office supplies, the scheduling and coordination of meetings, and the upkeep of the South District's electronic filing system. Finally, the role includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets for internal tracking purposes.

The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and / or oral interview. Applicants being considered for employment will be required to submit to a fingerprint-based background investigation, which will include a check of the criminal history records of the FBI. HSMV OPS employees are paid bi-weekly. All state employees are required to participate in the direct deposit program pursuant to s. 110.113 Florida Statutes.
