IT Hardware Technician

We're seeking a proactive

• IT Hardware Technician
• to support a Windows 11 upgrade project for a leading healthcare organization. This role involves preparing and configuring hardware to ensure a smooth transition to Windows 11.
• Responsibilities :
• Unbox, assess, and inventory devices for Windows 11 compatibility.
• Perform upgrades, installations, and configurations on hardware.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to confirm functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist with repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with the IT team to prioritize and schedule device preparation.
• Document hardware configurations and processes.
• Assist end-users with hardware-related questions during the upgrade.
• Support imaging and Windows 11 deployment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Qualifications :
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift and transport hardware as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
