Most commonly seen cases are those involving hypertension. Full scope Family Practice environment. In SOME cases duties will include occupational health services (i.e., post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, medical monitoring, return to work exams and Worker s Compensation medical guidance) In this role you will be supported by Health Center Manager 1 RN, 1 PA, 1 NP, 1 Medical Director, RN health coach, LVN, Phlebotomist, Receptionist Clinic hours : FORMTEXT 8A-8P Mon-Fri, 9A-12P Sat, 3x12 or 4 10's schedule possible FFFFFFFF Salary is around $ 250-265K plus relocation package. Required Qualifications :

• We are considering those who have just completed a residency as well as those with years of experience Must be experienced seeing ages 2 and up
• Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting.
• Must be FORMTEXT BC or BE in Primary care specialty, ideally 2-3 years post residency experience is ideal for someone to succeed in this role. FFFFFFFF If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire.
• Must have current state and federal DEA certification, able to obtain or in the process of obtaining.
• Our client is in the process of changing their EMR system over to Epic. Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
