Production Technician - $4,000 Sign On Bonus

Pay range between $23.00 / hr to $30.00 / hr depending on experience + $4,000.00 Sign on Bonus . Principal Accountabilities :

• Operating equipment and technology tools throughout the facility which will Include operating all of the following : Short Mix Micro Hand Additives, Production Ingredient Mixers, Pellet Mills, Grinders, Packaging Equipment, Truck Weighing Scales, Palletizers
• Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
• Running required testing for quality checks on inbound ingredients and outbound products
• Utilizing computer systems for operating automation of production operations
• Scheduling, sequencing, and manufacturing products to meet all quality standards before delivering to customers
• Manufacturing products to ensure that they meet specifications
• Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
• Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.
• Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
