• Operating Hours Monday-Friday: 6 AM-6 PM
• Operating Hours Saturday-Sunday: 7 AM-6 PM
• Day Parts: Open 5:15 AM -12 PM, Morning Mid 8 AM-2 PM, Close 12 PM - 6 PM

Job Summary
The Barista is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer while contributing to the vibrant community Lola Beans serves. This role includes preparing a wide range of beverages with care and consistency, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and actively participating in operational tasks. The Barista supports an energetic, community-focused atmosphere and ensures high standards of quality and service are upheld at all times.

Responsibilities

• Bringing your best energy in every day
• Operating in a fast-paced environment
• Preparing all beverages in accordance with Food Safety requirements
• Making Consistent Beverages
• Prepare customized beverages with care
• Welcome drive-thru and walk-up customers
• Accurately process payment and provide change when needed

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having a high school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to work both indoors and outside in controlled and uncontrolled environments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required
