Join the team at NJ Eye and Ear as an Optometrist in Clifton, NJ 07011. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide exceptional eye care services to our patients. Job Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive eye exams including, refraction, and prescription dispensing, contact lens fitting Diagnose ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma and cataracts Evaluate procedures and utilize advanced technologies like Optical Coherence Tomography, visual fields, and Optomap Fit and dispense contact lenses Collaborate with ophthalmologists for patient care and referrals Qualifications : Doctor of Optometry degree Experience in primary eye care, experience with LASIK a plus Proficiency in keratometry, visual acuity, and optometry techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits : Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 DEI Statement : At NJ Eye and Ear, we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
