A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients

Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision

Utilize an EMR system for clinical documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

Must be licensed as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts

Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred

Availability for hybrid work schedule, including telehealth

Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
