Join our team for an exciting opportunity in a corporate setting

Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. .

Youll be working under our head chef culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client focusing on fine dining executive catering and polished corporate eventsMonday to Friday with occasional evening functions.

THE POSITION :

Assist and oversee food production and menu-based catering

Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (includingall OH&S compliance)

Lead mentor and create a positive work culture

Responsible for stock control budgets staff mentoring and training both front and back of house

Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum

Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives

THE PERSON :

Kitchen leadership experience is essential

Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification andFood Safety Supervisor Certificate

Ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service

Solid understanding of allergen management food safety and infection control
