Description

• Oversee construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and overall project financials.
• Maintain project schedules in coordination with the Department Manager.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize operational disruptions.
• Deliver accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Support project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure timely installation and operational continuity.
• Be available for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
