Contract Length : 13 Weeks Shift : 5x8-hour days | 40 hours per week Schedule : Monday – Friday | Shifts vary between 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM Call Requirements : On-call and call-back required (1–2 days per week, depending on experience and cases) 10 : 45 AM – 7 : 00 PM Compensation : Local Rate : $70.00 / hour Travel Rate : $3,200.00 Weekly Gross Requirements : 1️ Current and valid State RN CA License 2️ Current BLS Certification 3️ Current ACLS Certification 4️ Previous Acute Care Hospital Experience (DaVinci Xi experience preferred) Responsibilities : Prepare the operating room with necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment before each procedure. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery. Circulate or scrub as needed to assist the surgical team during procedures. Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses to anesthesia and surgical interventions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, surgical counts, and outcomes. Ensure adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to anticipate and meet patient and procedural needs.
