Job Title : Rebate Clerk – Auto Dealership Location : 100% Onsite – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate : $20–$25 / hour (based on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rebate Clerk to join a busy auto dealership team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, onsite role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The Rebate Clerk will be responsible for processing manufacturer rebates, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and process manufacturer rebate claims for new and used vehicle sales
  • Verify all required documentation is complete and accurate (purchase agreements, proof of sale, customer information, etc.)
  • Submit rebate claims through manufacturer portals and track status
  • Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of all rebate submissions and approvals
  • Follow up on pending or denied claims to ensure resolution
  • Assist with general office duties as needed, including filing and data entry

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an auto dealership or similar administrative role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
  • Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
