Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile K12 construction projects in the Dallas, TX area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in managing education-related builds to join a company known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term careers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-job plans
- Lead weekly staff and production meetings
- Determine appropriate construction methods and techniques
- Oversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the project
- Maintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plans
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors daily
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
Qualifications & Experience :
What’s on Offer :
$110,000 – $135,000 base salary
