Client Service Associate
Onsite | $50K–$60K Financial Services
A proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate is needed to support senior-level administrative staff and financial advisors. This full-time, onsite role involves handling client paperwork, maintaining CRM records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, process, and follow up on client account forms and documentation
- Maintain and update CRM data and client activity records
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Process fund transfers, check deposits, and account maintenance
- Generate reports and prepare materials for client meetings
- Assist with client mailings and general office duties
Qualifications :
1–2 years of administrative experience (financial services knowledge a plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and time management abilitiesProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)High level of integrity and confidentialitySelf-starter with a team-oriented mindsetWillingness to pursue Series 7 / 66 licenses a plus
