Program Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Strategic Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a program management team to oversee strategic initiatives across business domains

Ensure adherence to program management standards and provide comprehensive oversight from ideation through execution

Compile updates and develop insights for executive-level reporting on program progress and financial management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience

Experience in program management or strategy consulting with a strong understanding of business and financial planning

Two years of experience as a leader or senior member of multifunctional teams

Experience with strategic thinking, technology transformation, and program & portfolio management

Familiarity with tools such as Agile, Excel, and advanced data analysis methods
