Client Services & Support Coordinator
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services & Support Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordinate service delivery, and track support activity. This role supports clients and internal teams by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and support requests promptly.
- Manage service calendars and customer database.
- Track and update support tickets, documentation, and reports.
- Generate and present service delivery reports.
- Collaborate with staff, vendors, and management for efficient service.
- Assist with process improvements and identifying business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication (written and verbal) and follow-up skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software.Experience in customer service or admin roles.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Typing speed : 60+ WPM.Some college preferred (AA or Bachelor’s).
