Responsibilities

As the Identity PM leader, you will lead the Identity PM team, be familiar with industry trends and best practices; collaborate with your PM team, data science, engineering and data partnerships to define our identity strategy and the roadmap to get there. You will ensure that the PM team is set up to successfully drive execution against that roadmap, and you will provide leadership on deeply technical projects in a complex, fast-paced environment. You will facilitate the career growth of your team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience; including relevant experience with adtech / martech products.
  • Deep understanding of data onboarding, ID graphs, and identity management platforms.
  • Experience managing and developing product managers at various levels, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set strategic direction, align teams around a shared vision, and drive execution across multiple product lines.
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills both in large and small groups.
  • A proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to solve complex, technical problems and delivering large and impactful software projects.
  • Durability and grit — sometimes solutions take creative thinking, multiple iterations and staging while dependencies solidify.
  • Collaborative — the best PMs ensure the right thing gets done.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $182,800-$335,200 USD. All employees may be eligible for stock-based compensation grants and other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. The Trade Desk also offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare (medical, dental, vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, and paid time off. The Trade Desk stock can be purchased at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
