Assignment Details :
- Shift : AM or PM (12-hour shifts)
- Start Dates : 10 / 3 or 10 / 10 (Friday orientation)
- Duration : 13 weeks only
- Weekly Gross : $2,350 (36 hours)
- $22.69 / hr, $34.04 OT & call back
- $1,533 / week stipend
- RTO : Up to 7 days can be submitted for review
- On-Call : 12 hours required per 6-week schedule
- No blocked scheduling permitted
- Local Radius : Must not have a permanent address or own property within 50 miles of the facility

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and skilled care to patients throughout the childbirth process, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods. As a key member of the obstetric team, you will ensure a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers, their families, and newborns.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor fetal heart tones, uterine activity, and maternal vital signs.Provide patient-centered care and emotional support during labor and delivery.Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including emergency interventions.Administer medications and manage IV lines as prescribed by healthcare providers.Document all patient care, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely.Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, midwives, and pediatric teams.Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with infection control standards.Respond quickly and effectively to obstetric emergencies, such as preeclampsia or fetal distress.Qualifications :
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license .Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.ACLS certification.Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experienceStrong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.Compassionate bedside manner and excellent communication skills.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient transfers throughout a shift.May require lifting, pushing, or pulling equipment and patients.Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations.Benefits :
