• $5.00 / hr for RNs without ICU experience
• $7.50 / hr for RNs with ICU experience

Float Pool RNs Rotate Across The Following Units

• Emergency Department
• ICU
• Cardiac Telemetry
• Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
• Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)
• Qualifications
• Education : Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Licensure : Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
• Experience : 1+ year RN experience preferred
• Certifications :
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required within 30 days of hire
• Depending on assignment, may also require :
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Physical Requirements :
• Able to push / pull / lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
