Overview
Seeking multiple BE / BC Internal Medicine Physicians for talented teams in two locations — one 30 minutes west of Boston and the other one hour west.
Schedule and Workflow
- Mon–Fri 8 : 00–17 : 00. No weekend, second or third shifts.
- Full‑time physicians scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week.
- Day split into two clinical sessions : morning (8–12) and afternoon (13–17).
- Each session sees 10–11 patients, 20–22 patients per day, 32 clinical hours per week.
- Administrative time can be done remotely or at home; efficient physicians may work a four‑day on‑site week.
- Ramp‑up period : initially 1 patient per hour, gradually increasing to full load after six months.
- EMR : NexGen; patient panels 900–1200.
- Call duties : either two weekday call shifts a month or one weekend call shift a month, all done remotely via telehealth.
- HPSA Score 15 – Providers who commit to two years earn $50 000 loan repayment.
Team and Services
Clinical teams comprise family physicians, internists, pediatricians and advanced practitioners working alongside dentistry, optometry, pharmacy and behavioral health. Medical interpreters are on site and telephone interpreters are available as needed.
