As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol dynamic tech, media, and telecom locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. You will conduct routine patrols, interact professionally with staff and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

Document observations, activities, and incidents through detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Collaborate with onsite staff, visitors, and other personnel to support a secure work environment in a tech-focused location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain site integrity.

Assist with crowd management and / or orderly movement of people during peak hours, special events, or emergencies within the premises.

Remain alert to unusual activity and / or changes in environment, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
