Spalding, a Saalex company is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation Developer in Ridgecrest, CA. This is a remote position with on-site requirements. The base pay range is $108,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr. The company focuses on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services.

Position type : Full-Time

Salary : $108K-$140K (depending on experience)

Work Location : Remote position (on-site travel may be required to customer site in China Lake / Ridgecrest, CA).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, maintain, and deploy automated business processes and software robots using UI Path
• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks, including data manipulation and transformation for data analysis and reporting
• Develop complex SQL queries and manage data structures to support automation and reporting requirements
• Create and maintain data models, reports and dashboards using Qlik
• Collaborate with business / financial analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug RPA bots, SQL queries, and Qlik reports to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all development projects
• Other duties as assigned or required

HS Diploma or GED required.

Security Clearance

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
