Gold Spectrum is a dynamic, fast-paced hemp processor located in Bristol, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily processing and packaging operations. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork are essential, but opportunities for advancement are available to our top performers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials and finished products.

2. Assemble and prepare shipping cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.

3. Inspect packaging and materials to ensure quality control standards are met.

4. Seal and secure containers using appropriate tools and methods.

5. Label and mark products or packaging according to specifications.

6. Record order details, packing data, and inventory information as required.

7. Stack packed boxes on pallets for transport or storage.

8. Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team.

9. Ability to lift heavy packages, stand, and walk around our facility required.

5. Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.
