Qualifications :

Master's degree in Special Education

from an accredited institution

Need SPED (EC-12) cert through TEA and a Generalist cert through TEA that starts with EC, so EC-4, EC-6, etc.

Definitely

plus if you have experience

working with children in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs
