Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both in person and virtually.
Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt focus across different sales functions as business needs evolve.
Success Metrics
Volume of qualified leads generated for plant and enterprise teams.
Pipeline contribution to Enterprise Packaging and Regional territories.
Increased adoption of prospecting best practices across sales teams.
