Operations Program Lead

Paragon Cyber Solutions, an award-winning 8(a), SDVOSB, and EDWOSB cybersecurity and IT services firm, is seeking an Operations Program Lead to step in and provide high-level support through year-end.

We are looking for someone with proven GovCon operations experience who can make an immediate impact by owning compliance-driven tasks, managing operational workflows, and ensuring deliverables are executed on time. This role requires a professional who can work independently with minimal direction, anticipate needs, and close gaps quickly.

Requirements

• Own submission of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and maintain compliance with SOPs.
• Serve as Paragon POC for billable employees and oversee contract staff support.
• Manage contract monitoring : trackers, contracts inbox, execution of teaming agreements, NDAs, AUPs.
• Lead end-of-month operations cycle : accounting tasks, travel reviews, prime timecard checks, uploads.
• Prepare and run weekly Operations meetings, including updates, slides, and action items.
• Maintain and improve SOPs and checklists (ISO 9001 prep).
• Oversee event coordination.
• Manage vendor payments and invoicing workflows with accounting firm.
• Oversee software subscriptions to maintain tracking and cost control.
• Act as operations liaison with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Light Project management oversight for commercial contracts (customer updates, consultant deliverables).
• Government contracting experience is required for this role.

An active security clearance (Secret or Higher) is a plus (not mandatory).
