Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire position is available for an experienced Clinical / Infusion Pharmacist to support a busy infusion pharmacy operation serving multiple sites. This role is based in Napa, CA, and requires prior home infusion experience to ensure the candidate can quickly adapt to the fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include verifying and interpreting prescriptions, reviewing patient records to assess medication therapy appropriateness, and providing medication counseling. The Clinical Pharmacist will monitor drug therapies, remend interventions, and manage patient care focused on specialty disease states. Oversight of pharmacy technician activities and collaboration with internal departments such as Reimbursement, Quality Management, Nursing, and Clinical Services are essential ponents of this role.

Desired Qualifications :

• Current and valid California pharmacist license in good standing
• Prior infusion or home infusion pharmacy experience is a must
• Familiarity with CPR+ system preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and excellent munication skills
