A company is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee high-performance systems and drive technical excellence in Core Services.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to define the technical vision and architectural excellence for Core Services
Lead the design of distributed microservices for high-volume financial transactions while ensuring data integrity
Conduct code reviews, mentor senior engineers, and establish standards for Go and Python development
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and / or Python
Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) regarding transaction isolation levels and schema migrations
Strong experience with Kafka for building resilient workflows
Advanced knowledge of AWS and container orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes
