IT Asset Management Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Execute IT asset data cleanup within Jira, managing the entire asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal

Track and manage software licenses and hardware procurement through Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to ensure compliance

Identify and propose improvements to Jira-based ITAM / ITSM workflows for enhanced efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Asset Management

Extensive hands-on experience using Jira as the primary ITAM and ITSM tool

Direct experience working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for licensing and procurement

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Solid knowledge of asset inventory and discovery processes
