Accounts Payable

If you are curious and like to solve puzzles, this opportunity is for you! Report to the Controller of this regional office of a national wholesale distribution company that represents big brand names. Utilize your accounting coursework / education to code and process AP invoices, accruals, PO's, and prepaid expenses. Take on more responsibilities and learn from an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accounts Payable process- high volume invoicing, review, match, and code
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Support month-end close by preparing accruals
  • Work closely with vendors and with cross functional teams

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years related full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Some accounting education highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional teams and vendors
