As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will handle a blend of accounting and administrative functions, supporting both finance operations and sales activities.

Overview of the Accounts Payable role :

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice matching, check runs, and timely payment processing.
• Provide direct support to two assigned sales representatives, assisting with order entry, tracking, and client communication.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure accuracy in all AP transactions.
