Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced marketing professional to lead growth efforts for our Korean website. The focus will be on driving new customer acquisition and increasing brand visibility through offline events, partnerships with Korean companies, and influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events to engage Korean customers and build brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Korean businesses to expand market reach.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Korean audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, digital marketing, sales) to ensure cohesive market strategies.
  • Actively bring new ideas and adapt to innovative working models to maximize results.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities' effectiveness and report on key performance metrics.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed to grow Korean market presence.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in marketing roles targeting the Korean market, preferably including offline event management and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Korean consumer behavior and marketing channels, with a keen interest in market trends and deep insight into Korean culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business partnerships, with experience in e-commerce and / or retail marketing.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Fast-paced, hands-on, and resilient, with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective in cross-team collaboration.
  • Preferred :

  • Existing network within the Korean influencer or business communities.
