Job description
  • We require someone who has actively participated in projects related to North America payroll, specifically as an Oracle HCM Clouds functional resource.
  • Worked in different phases of the project like Payroll Parallel testing, cutover activities, Go-Live, and Postproduction Support.
  • Designed the Entry and Exit criteria for all the payroll parallel runs.
  • Helped the payroll users in processing the Weekly and Biweekly payrolls for the US and Canada.
  • Worked with the payroll users in resolving the payroll processing errors and any new enhancements.
  • Worked on various load files like Unions, Ben Admin, 401K Savings and Loan files using HDL and HSDL.
  • Worked on Balance Adjustments, Balance Dimensions, Feeds, and year-end activities for both the US and Canada.
  • Worked on Monthly, Periodic, and Quarterly Tax Filing with ADP
