LPN Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet resident needs

Assess residents daily, adjusting care plans as necessary

Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders

Supervise, train, and support nursing personnel while promoting teamwork

Prepare daily assignments for nursing staff to ensure smooth operations

Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being
