Director Of Cash Application & Credit Management

The Director of Cash Application & Credit Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of enterprise-wide cash posting, reconciliation, and credit / refund management processes. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payment, credit, and refund workflows, while driving innovation, automation, and collaboration to optimize cash flow and support the organization's financial integrity. This is an individual contributor role with no current direct reports.

Strategic Leadership & Oversight :

• Provide enterprise-level direction for cash posting, credit management, and refund processes, aligning operations with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies, workflows, and technology strategies that maximize automation, reduce manual intervention, and improve accuracy in cash application.
• Drive adoption of advanced solutions (835 enrollment, AI / automation, reconciliation tools) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
