Collateral Specialist

A company is looking for a Collateral Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review collateral exception reports and clear document and data exceptions for loan file transactions

Coordinate with business units and custodians for file tracking, reporting, and compliance

Prepare collateral-related documentation and provide training support to the team

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of prior experience in mortgage and / or post-closing

Familiarity with LOS Encompass is strongly preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines

Willingness to work overtime as needed
