Role Overview :

Takes inventory and orders supplies to maintain established Inventory levels in all assigned supply areas per established schedule.

Delivers and stores supplies in appropriate location and at an appropriate level

Stocks supply nurse servers, medication rooms, supply closets per within department guidelines established time frames.

Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios and Coupa.

Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

Monitor expirationdates and replenish supplies, linens daily.

Key Qualifications & Core Skills :

Able to optimally communicate.

Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.

Be able to push and lift upwards 50 pounds.

Additional Information :

Location : 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, every 3rd weekend (open availability to other shifts upon scheduling needs)

Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management

Pay Range : $22.98-$31.80
