Slalom is seeking a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
What You'll Do
As a ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist, you'll guide clients in aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with their long-term enterprise goals. You'll design and deliver HRSD solutions that are scalable, strategic, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000 to $162,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant role is $110,000 to $203,000. For this position at the Principal level, the base salary pay range is $122,000 to $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
