Office Manager / HR Administrator

Cotton & Company, one of the nation’s premier creative agencies specializing in luxury real estate marketing, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administrator to join our senior management team in beautiful downtown Stuart, Florida.
This is not your average management role. We're looking for someone who thrives in the details—who not only leads, but rolls up their sleeves and ensures every aspect of internal operations runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee day-to-day internal operations for a dynamic team of 40+
- Manage corporate calendars, company communications, and internal systems
- Coordinate technology / equipment vendor relationships
- Lead HR functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel matters
- Support leadership with operational planning, company-wide initiatives, and culture-building
What You Bring :
Proven experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environmentA “doer” mentality with strong organizational, computer and multitasking skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceFamiliarity with ADP or similar HR / Payroll systems a plusProficiency with technology, office software, and basic IT troubleshootingConfidence, discretion, and the ability to serve as a trusted point of contact across departmentsWhy Cotton & Company :
