Job description6 : 00pm 6 : 30am 2-2-3 Shift Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription drug coverage 401K with a company match New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details) Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accounts Corporate discounts Coordinates yard management, trailer place, PINC, and dock set up Experience with SAP preferred, function LES and PTP(ERP), MS Excel, Outlook, and Word a plus Experience creating Bill of Lading (BOL's), creates outbound shuttle loads to offsite facilities. Understanding of transportation and warehouse requirements Manages outbound and receiving paperwork, also posting receipts. Able to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conducts operations in a safe manner Organized with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed. Ability to train new hires and cross-train new personnel Problem identification, management, and follow through to resolution Must be able to communicate effectively both oral and in writing with all levels of EE's within the organization. Ability to work with associates at all levels of the organization. Self-directed and demonstrates the ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues Be able to get certified on a powered industrial truck Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job profile and medical assessments for the position High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors degree preferred 3-5 Years warehouse management and production support. 1+ years of direct supervisory experience This position requires the ability to walk for more than 2 / 3 of the time, and the ability to stand, sit, talk and hear, use hands, handle or feel, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell for up to 1 / 3 of the time. This position requires the ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds for up to 1 / 3 of the time. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and punctuality. This position requires PPE to be worn based on the task being performed. This position requires the ability to work periodic weekend and evenings / nighttime work schedules.
