Department Overview
The Enrollment Services Department is comprised of 5 units : Group Enrollment, Large Group Enrollment, Individual Enrollment, Senior Enrollment, and Support & Development. Its goal is to provide a seamless enrollment experience for customers, efficiently and accurately process member maintenance transactions, and to exceed customer's expectations while accomplishing these objectives. Building strong business relationships with Group Administrators and internal stakeholders and maintaining an understanding of various internal or legislative eligibility requirements is essential to proficiently servicing customers.
The Enrollment Support and Development unit provides support for the tools and processes used broadly across the Enrollment Services Department. The unit functions as the liaison between the business needs and various application development partners to develop, enhance, troubleshoot and test applications to ensure operational efficiency. The team serves as Subject Matter Experts on various applications and / or processes including ID cards, GroupAccess, Membership Management System, PEGA / Robotics, Federal Marketplace and Prime eligibility reconciliation, correspondence and security access. Balanced Scorecard reporting, inventory and performance reporting, and data analytics is also produced by the Support and Development Team.
Primary Responsibilities
The Intern position is designed for student workers who are still completing their education. The internship program is designed to provide practical work experience as well as exposure to our business environment. Intern positions are of limited duration and are designed to provide daily oversight with emphasis on training and development of the student.
