Position : Site Operations Manager

Estimated Duration : The client approximates that this project will be a 5+ years. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Pay Rate Range : $50-75 / hr.

Position Summary : Acts as the onsite lead for operational delivery, ensuring compliance with laboratory policies and providing direct oversight of service desk, deskside support, and AV / VTC operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities / typical day look like :

• Manage daily operations of onsite support teams, including Service Desk and Desktop Support.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Argonne or Fermilab service owners for incident resolution and project support.
• Oversee resource scheduling, training compliance, and inventory management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for onsite escalations and VIP support
