Overview :

Rust Medical Center is seeking a skilled Emergency Room (ER) Charge Nurse to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of ED patients in a fast-paced environment and work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in critical moments.

The Charge RN will work under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management / leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).

Type of Opportunity : Full Time (0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)

Work Schedule : 12 Hour Days

Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

Common responsibilities include triaging of patients, patient stabilization, IV starts, blood transfusions, wound care, medication administration, and additional forms of urgent / emergent medical care.
