We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a background in Family Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team near Argos, IN. Position Overview :

Manage an average of 20 - 25 outpatient visits per day, ensuring you can provide personalized, high-quality care.

Work alongside dedicated Medical Assistants (MAs), with additional MA support for the practice, to streamline your daily workflow.

Access to lab and X-ray services on-site, facilitating efficient and effective patient care.

Collaborate with a wide range of specialty practices within the network, including Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology / Oncology, Vascular, OB / GYN, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology.

Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience in a Family Medicine office setting is highly preferred.

Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to provide coordinated, top-quality patient care.

Qualifications :

Master's Degree : Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification : Required (American Heart Association)
