The Barback – Terrace / Fireside will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties :

• Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
• Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
• Completes all shift side work requirements.
• Continuously maintains an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
• Ensure adherence to health department standards of labeling and rotating stock of fresh ingredients including juice, syrups, fresh fruit and herbs.
