We're looking for a Quality Engineer to lead key initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-performing, customer-focused products. In this role, you’ll support cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain while helping shape and maintain our Quality Management System.

What You’ll DoLead the RMA / Warranty process :
- Investigate returns, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
- Drive Quality Management System (QMS) implementation : Identify process gaps, document procedures, and support internal training.
- Represent the Quality function in ERP implementation to ensure alignment between business systems and quality practices.
- Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) from a quality perspective : FMEA, tolerance analysis, test planning, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Implement Production Testing strategies including FPY, SPC, and audit processes to ensure consistent output.
- Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) : Lead nonconformance reviews, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits and oversee supplier quality processes (FAI, PPAP, SCARs, etc.).
- Act as the external quality liaison : Communicate with customers on quality expectations, documentation, and reporting.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.5+ years in engineering or technical roles; 3+ years specifically in Quality Engineering.Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of electrical systems.Experience with ISO 9001, ERP systems, and New Product Introduction.Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus).Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
