Salesforce Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers in delivering high-quality solutions and mentor junior developers

Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines

Oversee code reviews, provide hands-on development support, and promote best practices in code quality

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience

Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred

Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
