A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will manage the customer journey and drive growth for their B2B SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across all customer journey stages post-sale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build account-based marketing programs that drive upsell and expansion
Develop segmented email and nurture campaigns, managing customer communication to support onboarding and mitigate churn risk
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in lifecycle and / or customer marketing for a B2B SaaS company
Strong track record of planning and executing account-based marketing campaigns
Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and / or ChurnZero
Experience building marketing programs across the entire customer journey
Fluency in core lifecycle marketing metrics such as churn and LTV
